Before-Shipment Cancellations
GetMyShed.com charges a $25 cancellation fee if the customer cancels their order before it has shipped. The refund amount will be the purchase price minus the cancellation fee.
After-Shipment Cancellations / Delivery Refusal
GetMyShed.com charges a 50% restocking fee if the customer cancels their order after it has shipped but before delivery, or if the customer refuses the delivery. The refund amount will be the purchase price minus the restocking fee. Credit will not be given until the product is received at our warehouse.
30-Day Return
If the customer changes their mind or decides to return the product for any other reason, they can initiate a Return Request within 30 days of the order date. No return is accepted after that window. Returns must be in original packaging and new unbuilt condition with all hardware, parts, instructions, warranties, and registration information.
RMA (Return Material Authorization) Process
Returns will not be accepted without an RMA number. The RMA number is valid for 14 days once issued. Returns shipped after RMA expiration will be rejected.

Upon approval, GetMyShed.com will provide the customer with the RMA number, shipping instructions, and the return address.

The customer is responsible for arranging and paying for the return shipment. Select a reliable freight carrier. GetMyShed.com is not responsible for lost or damaged returns.

Provide GetMyShed.com with the shipment tracking information as soon as available.
- Returns will be inspected when received at our warehouse. Refunds will not be issued if the package is not complete, or if the product has been built in any way, or is not in new, resalable, condition.
- If approved, the refund amount will be the purchase price minus a 50% restocking fee.

Refunds will be issued to the customer's original payment method.
